  Converted loft space into a vux loft room with en suite shower

  Hi Mark. Just to let you know that all work has been completed but for painting the rendered gable end and some silicone finishing in shower room. Ben and Martin were an absolute pleasure to have working here and a credit to the building and craft trade. And the roofer, electricians and plumbers all top people. We will reccommend you highly to anyone who is considering engaging you and the team.

  L-shaped Dormer

  We used Mark and Unique Lofts for an L-shaped dormer. The team were facilitative of a two-stage planning process to maximise the amount of space we could add. The team were great on-site, and build quality was high. They suggested alternative approaches to e.g. skylights and windows to save money. We'd use UL again for future extensions.

  Bedford Victorian terrace loft conversion (L-shaped dormer)

  Would highly recommend this company for a loft conversion. Mark and his building team, lead by Ben with Joe and Martin working alongside him, were absolutely fantastic. We have a Victorian terrace house in the Castle Road area of Bedford and needed extra space. Mark came to meet us here at the house to do a site visit and helped us develop our plans and layout for the loft conversion, giving us excellent recommendations of what could work better. Due to a cancellation, his team were able to start within two months and were in and out in eight weeks. Very professional and hardworking. 10/10.

  Loft conversion

  Mark and his team (Martin and Ben) are very helpful and they made sure we communicated on every step throughout the project. They showed up on time everyday and completed the project in time. Ben discussed their plans for that day every morning and is very helpful with any decisions we had to make during the project. We would strongly recommend them to anyone for any project.

  Loft Conversion

  Ben and his team were brilliant. The end result is excellent. Ben was really helpful, communicated really clearly what was going on and nothing was too much trouble day or night. I would recommend getting them to do the final painting and decorating. We had some issues with the plumber but they were really good in getting it all sorted with as little inconvenience to us as possible.

  Loft conversion

  Had a very positive with Mark and the Unique Lofts team for our loft conversion. I would highly recommend them. Michael and Brad (our team) were friendly, dedicated and hardworking. Our neighbours, who had the skip chute cross their garden, also shared how considerate and friendly they were. Michael kept me in the loop, followed up on my enquiries and gave some really helpful advice in moving airing cupboards and opening up the loft space for more natural light. All in all, highly recommended.
