I could never recommend Stu for KRend. The issue was the finish with large white bird poop areas. Krend advised these were scraping misses. The surface should be flat, these patches were concave. The excuse was poor brickwork but he knew that and gambled. We had to use multiple £120 a tub KRend paint to cover. Stu went silent. Facias and windows unprotected and splattered. Dormer tiles and brickwork were mullered requiring extensive cleanup. Drains packed with rubble. Rubble stuffed behind shrubs. Neighbours render was left damaged and multiple trim tiles broken. Over £1k of repair work.

An excellent job done by Stuart at Unique Plastering. Given the most trying wet August weather for external rendering, his communication and daily updates was exceptional. The weather is beyond his control but Stuarts attention to detail and desire to do the best job possible is noticeable in the finish. I couldnt recommend Stuart high enough. It was a big job, that a number of other companies didnt want to quote due to the size, Stuarts job is brilliant. Pricing was competative and the quote was inclusive of everything, there were no surprises... other than the amount of rain!!!

Stuart did what I consider to be a superb job from start to finish. His competitive and itemised quote clinched the job over three others. He was willing and courteous, sorting any issues that may have concerned me. His quote included scaffolding and skip hire delivery and collection.

Stuart is an exceptionally fine and skilful plasterer, by best far the best we have used in 30 years. He is also very good value for money, a pleasure to deal with and takes immense pride in his work. Against this background, we can strongly recommend Stuart, who is also able to assist with associated work, which we all know can be very useful!. This is an easy 10 out 10 from me on every front.

Superb job very happy with the finish definitely Recommend

The work I needed doing was carried out on two separate visits. The first visit involved correcting a bowed section of wall in my bathroom (done by another plasterer), both sides of a new stud wall and also a door opening/kitchen area, as well as replacing some coving. Second visit was to take down a section of old ceiling and make level by adding new noggins, plasterboard/plaster, along with making-good the framework where an old door and window had been removed. I can honestly say that Stuart knows his stuff and his work is top-notch. Thanks for great piece of work - I highly recommend!!
