Remove radiators

Rushed the job, left my pipes uncapped, and charged me a fortune. Left heavy radiators strewn about my property which I then had to move myself. When a problem with a radiator was uncovered he didn’t even want to talk to me about it, just wanted to get moving to his next job as quickly as possible. All of that after a chaotic back-and-forth to get him to even schedule me in. I will be lodging a formal complaint.

I would never hire this tradesperson again. It feels like I may as well have flushed £417 down the toilet. Very disappointed with the cost and the job has not been done so I will need to hire another plumber who can do the job.

Contacted Paul, he had a full day booked in but managed to fit us in at the end of his day. He turned up, was friendly, well prepared and did the job within an hour. He left it neat and tidy and charged exactly what he said. Will definitely use him again.

New boiler relocated to the loft space

I wanted the old boiler replaced and relocated. Paul took the time to consider all the options and was the only plumber happy to suggest the loft. The worked was carried out very quickly with minimum inconvenience by Paul and Dan. The house was left neat and tidy and I am very happy with the new system. Lovely neat pipework!
