New boiler fitted
I had a boiler fitted by Paul and Dave. They provided a great service and I am very pleased with their work. They arrived on time, left things clean and tidy and explained everything.

Over the moon!!
Absolutely fantastic service! Would highly recommend! Arrived on time, extremely polite, friendly and very professional. I was very comfortable having them in my home in which they left spotless. I am over the moon with my new boiler and they were even very quick to respond when I had a quick question afterwards. Overall the service was fantastic from start to finish…. And I will be having them complete my yearly services going forward. This is the best boiler experience I have ever had. Thank you so much.

Remove radiators
Rushed the job, left my pipes uncapped, and charged me a fortune. Left heavy radiators strewn about my property which I then had to move myself. When a problem with a radiator was uncovered he didn’t even want to talk to me about it, just wanted to get moving to his next job as quickly as possible. All of that after a chaotic back-and-forth to get him to even schedule me in. I will be lodging a formal complaint.

Fix issue with 3 radiators not heating up.
I would never hire this tradesperson again. It feels like I may as well have flushed £417 down the toilet. Very disappointed with the cost and the job has not been done so I will need to hire another plumber who can do the job.

If I could give an 11 I would. Stayed till 10 pm after a full days work to fix leak
