Avoid this contractor
Flat roof and skylight creation. Flat roof and skylight failed in around 18months. Contractor had offered 10yr guarantee, did not fulfil on promise of warranty and instead blocked calls Changed firm name to: Advice Roofing & Building LTD (operating out of west london)

Cowboy Roofer, blocked calls, poor tradesmen
Initially the work was fine, however after 18 months (on a roof/skylight that was guaranteed for 10 years) we had leaks. We initially called them back for the repair (they thought we wanted new works hence them showing up). Embarrassingly for a roofing firm the main man 'Sahil' went up with a pack of silicon sealant and the white stuff in the pictures show his attempt at a repair. After he left we tried calling informing his 'fix' hasn't worked and he hadn't looked at the failed skylight. Now he blocks all our calls with no response. They also go by the name 'Advice Roofing & Building LTD'
