  Did not complete the job

  I waited over 4 weeks and when he came and fitted the tiles they did not line up with the tiles that were there previous and he left a huge gap in the corner so the tiles do not fit in place. The tiles have no grout between them and since I voiced how terrible the bathroom now looks he told me that he is not coming back and thst he wasn’t willing to refund the money for the job. The pipe that was fitted does not fit the shower I have, so this has to be redone.I have to hire another contractor who has said they need to remove everything he’s done and start again. He wasted £200 worth of tiles.

  Toilet Repair (Cistern not filling)

  Called Scott Friday AM he turned up as promised that evening .... he spent 2 hours going to get parts and then fix... excellent all round service.... first time I have used Unity Plumbing would definitely recommend.

  To unblock sink - (lodge bottle cap) and replace waste pipe

  Prompt response following job posted. Arrived same day and earlier than estimated time - completed job very quickly and area left clean. Good customer interaction and reasonably priced job was completed to satisfaction. I would definitely recall for other plumbing related work and would recommend to others.

  Replace flush mechanism of toilet and renew seals connecting toilet pan to cistern and waste drain

  Although it was a small job Scott dropped by to view and gave a very reasonable quote to fix the problem without proposing an expensive solution. He took time and care to carry out the work subsequently and did a super job. If I needed another plumbing job would definitely engage him again.

  Fitting isolator and new valve to toilet

  Great service and at a good price. Responded to the initial enquiry quickly, then came when they said they would and did a great job with no mess or add on problems - unlike some I’ve heard of ! Scott and Barney both seem very skilled and knowledgable - thank you both Really pleased to have found a good, honest, reliable heating and plumbing company Have already recommended them to my parents and will continue to recommend to anyone who might need them
