If you’re looking for a builder who takes a large deposit and then becomes impossible to reach, offering endless excuses and repeatedly failing to show up, Luke certainly fits that description. After taking my money, he went completely off the grid and stopped responding to calls or messages. To spare yourself the stress, disappointment and the loss of the money, I’d strongly recommend choosing someone else.

Luke discussed the options, agreed a solution, and was professional in completing the job. He communicated an issue that cropped up and amended the work schedule to take this into consideration. The finished work is to a very good standard and will last a long time.

Luke, Sam and Dean solved a long standing problem with a leaking rainwater gulley on our tall farm sheds. They arrived on time, cleaned the gulley, repaired the gulley joints and bolt sections, and disposed of the accumulated debris. They did so with the minimum of fuss and the site was left clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending Universal Roofing & Developments.
