We were so impressed with the speed Joseph from Universal Home Improvements came round, looked at the roofing job, gave us advice about what needed to be done and then got a quote to us in hours. They were reasonably priced and we felt confident the job would be done well. It was, the very next day. Great service from a polite, well informed owner who takes pride in his team’s work.

We have a 4 bedroom double storey house which required the moss on the roof to be removed, gutters cleared and fascia boards cleaned. The team came in when planned, worked safely, were polite and very hard working. They did a fantastic job and our overall experience was first class.

The owner Joe is brilliant in his service delivery. He arrived for the first appointment on time. He assessed the work and placed 2 great workmen Jimmy and Josh in charge. The guys arrived each day and I was able to discuss the days work with them, then they cracked on without delay. They stated the amount of time to do the work, what they would do and completed it. They were very respectful and polite. This job was value for money and I will always use Universeal Homes. Joe is well connected and has all-round awareness in house development and repair.

We had mould in a bedroom and bathroom and thought it could be related to the roof. The guys took a look and showed us videos of where water needed to be redirected and where there were gaps in the roof. They were open and transparent, clear with their comms, proposed a solution based on what they found, executed it in a very professional manner and since it’s been done we’ve had no mould in either of the rooms. They also did a great job replacing the roof tiles. I would 100% use them again.
