Good service all round. My need was not urgent so I was able to make an appointment with him for a day during the next week when I was working from home. He checked a couple of times that I still wanted the job done, then arrived at the time he said he would. I left him to get on with the work, and he was done promptly, even including the time it took him to go and fetch a part that needed replacing. Perhaps the price was a bit high, but within the range I was anticipating. He was also surprisingly eager for prompt payment, messaging me only 1 hour after the invoice, but I guess that's OK too.

Came within 30 minutes and changed my front door lock, I recommend unlocked locksmiths
