Prompt responses, good time keeping and polite. Work carried out as agreed to a good standard.

We asked for retaining walls and steps plus a patio. A nice team of 3 arrived prompt and had the root out fast. They then built the walls and steps and laid the patio. Along the way they grouted our other patio and did various brickwork repairs we didn't expect. They backfilled the bed with soil and even tried to repair the lawn. We were very pleased. They left everything tidy. Just one niggle that we would have expected a retaining wall to have waterproof capping automatically but we had to call them back and pay extra for it. In fairness this had only been assumed by us and not discussed.

Back garden could not even be walked into as it was so overgrown and cluttered. The garden was cleared out totally and everything disposed of. On a second job, they repositioned pavers and turfed the garden. They cleared the front garden of unnecessary pots, emptied ones I still wished to keep, and disposed of these and other debris; dismantling sheds and removal of extra items, etc. I can't praise them enough. Excellent work on both jobs. Hardworking folk with friendly and helpful attitudes.

From starting the project to the end Sid was courteous, punctual and communicative. We are very happy with the standard of workmanship. If there is further work to be done we will ask Sid without hesitation.
