  Warm Air Heating Unit Service

  Mark came to service our Warm Air Heating Unit. He did a fantastic job including thoroughly cleaning all the parts which has made the heating more efficient throughout our home. He is highly knowledgeable and was willing to explain the steps he was doing so we could understand what was being done and why, especially around gas safety. We would highly recommend Mark.

  Warm Air Boiler Service

  Mark serviced my Warm Air Boiler what war badly neglected after total fail with big Plumber company. James from Johnson and Starley recommended me Mark as highly experienced engineer to service their product. Mark done absolutely amazing job cleaning tons of dust out of my boiler and servicing unit, checking gas meter and EVC any spillages, honestly I’m really happy now I’ve found engineer who I can really trust. Highly recommended. Mark you saved my day as I spend 3 days without hot water as you know and you bring it back to life in few hours 👍

  Fix gas hob in kitchen

  I originally wanted to replace my gas hob but Mark conducted his diagnostics and suggested that since the supply was coming through it was just a matter of cleaning the burners and giving them a good air compressor clean. Mark saved me from having to replace the entire hob appliance which would have meant cutting through quartz stone worktops. Mark is very efficient and I would highly recommend

  Mark had fixed my Warm air heater last year and saved me spending out on a whole other system. I had an ongoing dripping sound coming from under the Kitchen sink, could also hear this in the bathroom and would only stop for a few hours when flushing the Toilet. Asked Mark to investigate, initially thinking it would be a big job, having to break into walls to find a leak, in changing the the toilet ball valve, he methodically managed to solve the problem. Whilst he was here, also completed the yearly service due on my heater. Call Mark for the best results on your Plumbing and Heating needs.

  Pipework for new downstairs toilet and replacement of radiator

  Mark did a complicated lot of work for the pipes leading to/from a new downstairs toilet and wash basin. He also replaced a large radiator downstairs. As usual, the work was done with great efficiency, clarity - we always knew what was going on and why - and good humour. There will be another day of realted work soon, but so far we are very pleased.
