Chonnor and ‘Up and Out’ have just completed a single story extension at the rear of my property. I’m so happy I chose them. Even though I was extending from my kitchen the team kept my house tidy and I was able to use my kitchen every day. They stuck to budget, did extras and went above and beyond to support me throughout the process. Chonnor project managed the whole process so it was easy and I just looked forward to coming home to see the progress every day. They were respectful of my neighbours, ensuring any dust and dirt from the build did not negatively affect them. SO HAPPY! 😁

Chonnor was very helpful and timely in communication in the final stages of planning the project. His attention to detail was clear when he visited at that stage. He and the team lived up to that during the build, which went very smoothly, including a few plan amendments as we went. Lewis deserves a special mention for diligent foundations work in the hot summer!

They are extremely pleasant to deal with. The quote was well detailed and has held up very well. They took the time to talk me through my wish and his execution, all the way throughout the building works. It was a very easy choice who to go with. And it has been extremely efficient too, the Loft was done fully in 2 months and the kitchen infill (including foundations) in 2 more. The team are all extremely good guys, happy to have a chat about their progress or some item I am interested in, and very proud of their work and putting in the extra effort to give it the perfect finish.
