We had our kitchen and dining room knocked through and a downstairs shower room created. We were very pleased with the work. All the trades who worked here were great. They were friendly and helpful. Communication with the company was good. Danny and Ben kept in touch throughout the job to make sure we were happy and all was going smoothly and Jo in the office was helpful and friendly too. We would highly recommend Up Close and would be more than happy to go to them for any other work we require. Thank you all for making the experience less stressful than we had anticipated.

Very good company indeed very helpful an excellent customer support

We had an issue with mould appearing in one of our rooms. Daniel came round promptly and helped identify the root cause (lack of insulation behind old render causing temperature differences and condensation). He helped us look at different types of cladding options and go us got us booked in quickly, always responding within the day and providing clear and reasonable quotes for all work. On the day, his team came round on time and replaced the old render with new cladding and insulation.
