This is the first time Simon has done any work for us after he responded to a request we posted on Rated People. Simon responded quickly, understood the job and provided a competitive quote. He completed the work exactly as requested on the agreed date without any fuss and left everything clean and tidy. We are delighted to have found Simon and we would definitely use him again.

Simon arrived on time and was so polite and helpful. He did a full and thorough check of all our electrics which was a requirement prior to us letting the property out. He was very informative and answered some questions we had with regards to the EICR report.
