Andre & Ian are professionals, excellent communicators, friendly, reliable, efficient, hard working & are true gentlemen. I chose them because when they came to quote, they made me feel at ease & I knew I would be happy having them in my home whilst my husband was away. Ian worked so hard & has totally transformed my bathroom. It looks amazing due to his excellent workmanship & nothing was too much trouble. I have already booked for him to come back & do my ensuite bathroom 😊

Job went smoothly, any hiccups sorted as they occurred, only kind of delay was the replacement cabinet shelf-hols etc got in the way. Job was finished to high standard and the biggest notable feature aout the whole bathroom replacement was the communications. Andre and Ian both ket on top of keeping me informed at all stages from planning to completion

Andre built us a new shower at our office, we had already had one builder turn it down, but Andre came up with a new solution and got the job done in a short space of time, to the agreed budget. We were very happy with the work, shower looks great and looks brilliant, thanks guys!

Andre was absolutely brilliant from the get go, really reliable and super friendly! The work was carried out to the highest standard having done our worktops, fitting appliances and tiling! Downstairs loo transformed from an outside to an inside room. We had a couple of issues with dimensions (a very small space) but Ash and Andre were so helpful in solving the problems and made suggestions to ensure the room ended up stylish and functional. The dedication during the heatwave was admirable too! Would definitely recommend.

We recently had our kitchen fitted by Andre and his , and company and are extremely pleased with the result. He managed the whole project from start to finish. The quality of workmanship is excellent, and communication throughout was great. No question or request was too small. Everyone involved was friendly and helpful and they made the whole experience as seamless as it could be. Our bathroom needs a refit too, we'll be using Upstairs Downstairs after the experience we had. Can't recommend enough.
