Bathroom installation , electrical work, & repairs to summer house
First used David’s services after purchasing a house that required extensive repairs, all completed to an exemplary standard. Now needed bathroom installation , electrical work, & repairs to summer house. As expected, work was completed to an exceptionally high standard with excellent craftsmanship throughout. Greg carried out the work and was fantastic, great attention to detail, took real pride in his work, & ensured everything finished to the highest standard. David and Greg did an excellent job repairing the damage in my home caused by leaks, and they also helped with a few smaller jobs around the house. David was professional, easy to reach by phone, and always happy to answer any questions or address any concerns. Excellent job for some remedial work to internal walls as well as a number of smaller jobs.
Really pleased with the work David and Greg carried out which included some remedial work to internal walls as well as a number of other smaller jobs. I was provided with a detailed quote and the work was carried out promptly and to an excellent standard. Great care was shown to my property and was left clean and tidy once the work was completed. David was very helpful, friendly and amenable on his first visit to assess the work that was required and explained the options and outlined the plan. Subsequently, Gregor carried out the work with efficiency. He was polite, friendly and tidy in his work. He had to check with David exactly what was required via the phone. At UTBD Damp-Proofing we can carry out all of the ASBW preparation work (Associated Builders Works) before and after the specialist treatments.
This means we can remove skirting, architraves, radiators, electrical sockets etc. or anything else we need to remove, in order to get to the damp-infected areas, which some specialist companies can't do.
All works supervised to budget and agreed timescale, with any variations to specification or contract period discussed in full with our clients for their approval.
