David replaced a damaged bedroom window, fixed 3 french doors and repaired broken window shutters.
David spends time and care to investigate and understand the issues esp in old grade ii listed houses. He is friendly, punctual and efficient. He gives an accurate estimate of the cost and time required to complete a job. He is also very patient and goes the extra mile to help resolve an issue. I would highly recommend him.

Installed a new front door. This included sizing the wooden front door and installing a mortice lock
David completed a very professional job installing our new wooden front door. His workmanship was excellent. His communication by email was prompt at all times. I would definitely recommend David to anyone. Brilliant work! Thank you.

Repaired lower section of stable-type doors
The lower section of our stable doors would not lock (probably due to age and warping caused by recent heavy rain) so I checked for an emergency carpenter. Found Dawid, called him and he was doing another job but promised to come over when he finished. Arrived mid afternoon and did an excellent job of re hanging - tidied up afterwards and was a very pleasant, efficient gentleman - would not hesitate to call him again.

Changed all hinges on internal doors and shaved bottoms of most doors to accommodate new carpet
All the work was excellent, tidy and carried out in an efficient manner, completely on time.

Replacing door frame on French doors
Excellent overall. Arrived promptly. Kept us informed throughout the work. Checked we were satisfied before they packed away. Cleaned up afterwards. Friendly, efficient. Recommended. Would definitely use them again.

Levelling kitchen floor, repairing stairs and built a step.
Very happy with the work that David did. He levelled our uneven flooring, built a step to our balcony door and fixed our broken stairs. Very experienced in his trade and lovely to guy, he also fixed a couple other things in our home too while he was here :) Will definitely book him again for future work.
