The works went on for months. The works on the house were good. The patio was not good, was paid for in full but works not completed. A deal of excuses, have now told them to forget it. I will get it completed elsewhere. I would recommend these people but stage payments upon completion of all works I would suggest.

Excellent experience. Ian and his team have nearly finished refurbishing my whole house on time and to budget. Totally reliable and very experienced. I could not recommend Urban Refurbishment highly enough.

I contacted Ian to complete the bathroom installation for me (excluding plumbing). I needed tiling, flooring laid and some fiddly features worked around. Ian was really responsive throughout and used his experience to make recommendations to better my ideas. The work was completed on time and on budget. We really got on well with his team who are really friendly and helpful. Its nice to have found a team who take pride in their work. I will be using Urban Refurbishment again in the near future on other parts of the house renovation.

My grandma had a full house refurbishment completed by Ian’s team in February. All the team were friendly, helpful and efficient. Ian was happy to assist her with everything and answered all of our questions in great detail making sure we were happy with everything. We are so grateful for Ian’s team as they really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The finish on the job was excellent with great attention to detail, we are so pleased and would highly recommend Ian’s team.

Ian and his team, repaired the walls and redecorated my kitchen. All staff were polite and professional and the job was finished to an excellent standard.

Ian and his guys were great from start to finish, pitching a very difficult roof for me. Very polite, tidy, reasonably priced and did an exceptional job. Would not hestitate to recommend Urban Refubishments to anyone.
