  Roofing Repairs

  Posted 18 September

Excellent workmanship and fantastic customer service at a decent price.

I highly recommend this roofing company for their exceptional service, efficiency and a price that doesn't break the bank. After my request, Alfie promptly assessed the roof on the same day, providing a detailed, affordable quote for the necessary repairs. Alfie and his team completed the partial re-roof and additional repairs quickly, providing photographic evidence of the high-quality results, issuing a ten-year written warranty for peace of mind. Throughout the entire project, Alfie remained respectful, knowledgeable, and reliable, earning my full trust for any future roofing needs.

Highly recommended, will be using them again in the future

★★★★★ Really pleased with the work carried out by Urgency Roofing & Property Maintenance. They completed a full reroof on my old terrace house, including fitting a dry ridge and verge system, which was exactly what we wanted to keep future maintenance to a minimum. They turned up when they said they would and organised everything from the scaffolding through to rubbish removal, making the whole process straightforward and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be using them again for my kitchen extension. Would highly recommend!

Slate Reroof on Hipped End Terrace

After having a few slates slip on a 100+ year old roof, I contacted Alfie for an estimate on a reroof in reclaimed slate with modern updates, such as membrane and dry ridge system, plus replacing the existing gutters, facias and downpipes. Alfie kept me in the loop and answered any questions I had, and after waiting for a break in the weather, they completed the work in under a week. He also touched up the pointing on my chimney and a corner of the house at no extra cost. Honest roofer, highly recommend. Will be passing his details on to friends and family in future.
