Prompt, explained problem, fitted new fan

Very efficient and friendly service, called me within 5 mins, agreed a price and he carried out the work on the same day. I have no complaints and would use again.

Mr Usman was very clear and upfront on quote for job.He had to order the part but kept me informed. He couldn't make it on arranged day but kept to his word and sent his colleague who completed the job.Sent me the invoice I had requested with break down of the job. Excellent job and Mr Usman is so polite and price was so reasonable. I would definitely recommend 10 out of 10

I called Usman to repair our oven, and he came out the same day. His call-out fee was very reasonable, and he was upfront about labour costs. The heating element had blown and caused further damage, requiring a part that was extremely difficult to source. Usman spent days searching and eventually found a compatible replacement, taking a chance that paid off. Thanks to his persistence, our oven was fully repaired and we avoided replacing it. Professional, honest, and dedicated to helping customers. Highly recommended.
