Very prompt delivery and a nice and able guy. Very presentable snd very happy to recommend hip. Carried out 2 different profects for me.

Not the easiest of jobs, but he stuck with it - smiling throughout - and finally got it done.......and on a Saturday too!

It was amazing. I posted the job, requested a quote from him. He called me within five minutes. He was at my flat during rush-hour Friday traffic, the job from requesting to completion was done in just over an hour. He gave me such a fair amazing price for the work done, compared to other businesses I’ve worked in the past with whose callout fee started £120 minimum, before the work is even done. Fantastic communication, no faffing around. I will be recommending him to neighbours. If I need anything in the future, I will be getting in touch with him directly.

Our cooker went wrong, and a guy from Usmans arrived. He spent maybe 30 minutes at our place, and diagnosed the fault as a failed oven thermostat. He said he would try to get a spare. But then I got no further information, and ended up texting for information three times over five days. I was told the spares organisation was unable to trace a part. Well, that's fair enough, but I shouldn't have to chase. Then I have been billed the full amount - £129, for failing to fix the problem. So I can't recommend Usmans.

Outstanding! Usman’s communication from first contact to onsite visit has been first class. He’s a polite young man, gave honest assessment and extremely helpful explaining the issue. Would highly recommend.

A problem with my fridge had me looking for a reliable appliance engineer, and I came upon Usman’s listing. Whilst he was at my place, I asked him to look at why my oven kept tripping the lights. Usman could have worked on the fridge and charged me for it, but he realised there was nothing mechanically wrong with it. By changing the thermostat, the issue was rapidly resolved, and there was no charge . With regard to the oven, Usman was quick to remove the oven and diagnose the problem, and complete a repair. He was courteous, communicative and knowledgeable. His pricing is fair and transparent
