This was a very easy job Empty flat 90% clean Only wanted deep clean of oven,carpet and bathroom Andrews said he wanted to do whole flat They did the oven and left the rest. All the lights and kitchen vent - dirty Furniture not moved dust everywhere Bathroom covered hard water marks Windows not cleaned Plastic furniture and floor badly cleaned Washing machine filthy Say they will run a hot wash Hadnt even opened door Plug holes filthy and full of hair Uthred send 5 pages of what they will do Did 1% Had to return to deep clean carpet Bad result Had to reclean lots myself Very lazy sloppy...

The flat had candle stains that cannot be removed by the world's best deep cleaning machine. She did not go into the flat until over one week when a other gentleman had already been there. We advised the client to go in there the next day but didn't go in till after a week when someone else had already been in the flat.
