Water Leak Detection

Very impressed
I phoned Shawn to check a water leak in my kitchen, which I thought might be from leaking bathroom pipe above. He came an hour later. He spent over 2 hours checking all possible piping for the leak. He was not only very thorough, but also really friendly and understanding of how stressed I was. He double checked everything and unfortunately the water wasn’t coming from a leaking pipe but appeared to be from my flat roof (Roofer coming tomorrow). As he couldn’t solve my problem he refused any payment for the time spent. I was very impressed with him.

Great service at a great price
Utility Guru were absolutely brilliant with a blocked drain issue, great price, great service provided. Sean and his team came to the house, nothing was too much trouble for them, even the extreme heat of the day didn’t stop them investigating our issue, digging up drains, finding the issue and resolving it for us, all with a smile. Can’t recommend them highly enough, finding great tradesman at a fair price is difficult these days, Utility Guru where genuinely brilliant, wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future.
