I’ve been fortunate enough to work with Sam @ Ux on a number of occasions. He’s incredibly engaging and on every project he’s always quick to understand our vision. All @ Ux are extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. In addition Sam was always on hand to offer advice/ support throughout the duration of the project., making the whole process effortless. I know that if I find myself with an another project in the future then I’ll be quick to engage with Sam @ Ux for not only an outstanding design but the comfort the company offers.

We used Ux Architects Ltd to have a plan drawn up for planning permission to extend our property. They were very helpful at every stage. There was an appointment to measure the current site. They were careful to gather information about the project. I was also in contact with a surveyor, who I coordinated with my builder to have an inspection pit dug, so she could inspect the footings of our property. Everything came back positive for the project to be submitted to the Council. We have now been granted permission to start the project with our builder and looking forward to our modernised home

Samuel has been very responsive to emails and telephone calls. He has been very flexible when we have altered plans. He has also explained the processes well with regards to planning applications etc. He is professional and courteous. We found him very approachable and he worked collaboratively with us. We would highly recommend him.

Sam joined a viewing whilst we were deciding whether to buy this rather dilapidated property. His input was very useful. He then produced drawings for planning applications, in one case working late at very short notice to meet a deadline.

Sam responded promptly to our initial contact and listened to what we wanted. We would highly recommend, first class service.
