Loft insulation removal. All successfully removed in hot temperatures. Excellent effort. I had queries about some of the minor felt repairs. These were all dealt with by further experts coming out to remediate without complaint. Very happy with this company and I highly recommend them.

Vac Xtract were professional in every way from the surveyor who came to look at the problem to the the 2 men who carried out the job. The surveyor who came was punctual, polite and explained everything very clearly and wasn't pushy at all. After agreeing to have the insulation removed I didn't have to wait too long before the job was done. The 2 men were very good and I was very pleased to see that everything was clean and tidy when they were ready to go. I couldn't fault any of the staff I saw and it was a good experience. I will definitely recommend them to friends.
