Josh and his apprentice came to fit our worktop, but the job was done very poorly. They cut the gas hob hole in the wrong place despite being given proper kitchen plans, and also cut the sink hole the wrong way around. We tried to be flexible and agreed to adjust the kitchen, and he promised to return the next day to fix it—but never came back and stopped answering calls. We had already paid him. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend at all.

We attended to install worktops on a kitchen you advised had been self-fitted with no prior experience.
The sink position was confirmed by yourself, wife, mother and father.
The hob cut was positioned centrally to the drawers beneath. I also highlighted before starting that the wall units were not centred, and you were happy for me to proceed. We had even agreed I would complete the rest of the kitchen that you have tried to install.
After work had begun, you attempted to renegotiate the price and add items not previously discussed. For this reason, I declined to return.
