  Nothing but praise for Vali

I've nothing but praise for Vali. Great communication throughout. Completely renovated a flat that had been tenanted for years. Vali can call on, and supervise, other tradespeople to complete the job - heating, carpeting, electrics. Thanks 👍

Efficient, On-Time and to a good standard

What's there to say. He turned up when he said he would. He did a solid job. He even finished ahead of schedule. Nothing was too much trouble, and he went out of his way to consider the needs of the household (as I have a young daughter). Will be having him back to do some more work.

Distressed and left out of pocket

Vali gave me two high prices: One for a 'very nice' job, one twice as high for a job where 'your house will look beautiful, it will sell for top dollar.' I picked the second package. I paid for the paint, and I paid more than the price for 'a very nice job' and more than half of the total given price. He then asked for a final payment. When I stated that the job was not done and the final payment would be provided when it was, he walked off the job. I'll you make your own judgements based on the pictures taken after he asked for the final payment.
