Do not use Valley Refurbishments if you Bally good work. Bodge job from beginning to the end and I can’t get hold of them to come and sort it out

Kyle and his mate took my chimney down and replaced it with a velux window, he also replaced soffits facials and guttering,. The soffits and facias were a complete bodge I wasn’t asked what soffits I wanted and the result of the panel sort didn’t fit properly , he tried to sort it but after he left I decided to get it checked out,. The result is they haven't been done to the proper standard very loose and unsightly , I then had the roof checked and found a gap where water can get in and they have cracked roof tiles, I have emailed him and he doesn’t reply, I am a 76 yr old pensioner

This company was subcontracted for my bathroom by my project manager. They came in and fitted the bathroom. They did awful finish, the bath placed on wonky and not finished with the sealer. Rubble left from tiles behind the basin and bath. Shower installed but wrong size pump so no running water, when I complained he promised he would like to come fix all the problems and told me he had the correct pump and would like to ‘make good’ but when I call he ignores me. It’s been 5 weeks and no response I called on a withheld number and when he realised it was me he ended the call. Awful!!!!

Kitchen installation. Mostly happy but lots of snags some of which still are not resolved and taking a long time to be addressed - doesn’t seem they will be. Despite requests to resolve not getting a response. Minor things - bits of trim missing, clips for integrated bin missing so it’s wobbly, paint job in kitchen already peeling and cracking after 8 weeks. Everyone one compliments me on the kitchen but just not achieved the complete finish when you look closer and after such a big investment. Kyle was polite during the job and accommodated requests but not always here when promised.

Kyle and Lee very polite, kept us up to date. Grateful they could fit us in for a small job

The work by Kyle and his team was first class , very tidy and punctual. Highly recommend
