Tom was brilliant! Text on the day to let us know when he would be arriving/was leaving his previous job. Very polite and friendly (as was his colleague). Very respectful to our property whilst carrying out their work with amazing attention to detail - any exposed wires were carefully enclosed to be aesthetically pleasing and great care taken to ensure no damage was done. A white box was supplied which is much nicer than the black ones most companies supply so it is not an eyesore! When they finished they dutifully hoovered up and cleaned everything down with antibacterial cleaner!
