  Refreshing office space

  Don’t usually leave reviews but felt compelled after a great experience with Vanguard team. Office needed a refresh between tenants and I found the team to be proactive, communicative, and efficient - NOT always the case! Will use again and recommend to anyone.

  Bathroom leak

  I am extremely impressed by the serviced provided. I had a bathroom leak that was causing significant concern, and the team responded quickly and professionally. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it efficiently, and left the area spotless. The leak is completely resolved, and I couldn’t be happier with their service.
