Floor Screeding

Latex screed
We hired Joe and his dad to screed our living room area with self-leveling latex screed. Paid 400£ for what ended up being ~ 2 hours "work". And I use "work" in the loosest possible sense, as the quality of what they delivered can only be describe as disgusting. They left the screeding half-way through because they ran out of material and then tried to blame me for giving them the wrong dimensions (I didn't). They didn't bother with using a leveling rake or a pin roller and so the floor ended up more uneven than it was before (3cm+ over 1m in places). A waste of money, time and materials.

We went to job and area was in terrible state that we had to help him move all the stuff which is not in our price. Also the sub floor was in an awful condition we advised it would need 2 coats as advice was not taken. They gave us measurements so not our

The company layed my bathroom and kitchen flooring .
Vano flooring were very courteous and a nice family business, they were on time and the work was a good standard . They left my place clean and tidy and I was happy with the work. Good work, on time and competitive cost so I was happy.
