  Ernie was very knowledgeable and gave great advice throughout the process. He was also very quick to reply to any queries and answered all my concerns. On the day of the installation, all the work was done in one day, and all the mess was cleaned up completely and the old windows were taken away. The new windows have made a huge difference in terms of sound proofing and keeping the heat in. I'm very happy with the way it all worked out.

  Vantage are a breath of fresh air in terms of customer service. I contacted them on a Sunday morning when they were closed, and the owner Ernie contacted me with 3 hours, set up an initial visit on the Tuesday morning and I had a detailed written quote about 3 hours later. They don't want to accept a quote without seeing the quality products in their showroom and there is no hard sell. Having decided to go ahead, the surveyor came out to remeasure and I had an installation date set up, with a reminder e.Mail a week beforehand and a call from one of the fitters the night before. Great service.

  Changed a window to French doors, were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Upfront and honest about costing, helpful in obtaining the building warrant, and the two fitters who attended were hard working, polite, and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

  We went to Vantage after reading their hundreds of amazing reviews online. Several people we know have also use them in the past and had nothing but great things to say about the company. They certainly lived up to their reputation. Amazing service, amazing product and their fitter John was fantastic. He left our house spotlessly clean and he couldn’t have been more helpful or professional. It is clear to see why this company have won so many awards. We would highly recommend.

  We are truly so pleased with our new windows and we’re already noticing the difference with reduced outside noise and an increase in warmth. Ernie explained everything in detail when he visited our property (no pressure!) then we visited the showroom to make our final decision’s. Our fitters David and David (father and son duo) were fantastic and showed quality workmanship. They were so friendly and respectful - a complete credit to Vantage Windows and doors, thanks guys!

  Had 7 new white upvc windows fitted in 1 day. The fitters were on the ball...friendly and great workmanship. Could've have asked for any more. 2 units were slightly damaged these have now been replaced with no problem. No high pressure sales really delighted with the work would recommend 100%.
