House runbish
The guys took rubbish out of my garden and sofas and nothing was too much, they were so good with my sisters who have learning disabilities and I will be definitely using them again

Moving house contents to new property and the remainder to self-storage unit
Received a great service from Vantastic over 2 days moving our belongings to a new flat and other items to a self-storage unit. They made the process very easy, the team were great to spend a couple of days with and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for everything.

Dishonest charge
Due to an emergency, I had to cancel a scheduled move at the last minute. Vantastic does not advertise any late cancellation fee, nor was the possibility of one ever mentioned to me. I offered to pay them 50 pounds since I was cancelling late. They said thank you, took my cc information, assured me they would only charge me 50 pounds, and then promptly charged my 125 pounds. They then refused to discuss the matter on the phone, and were very rude and stubborn on email.

Long term storage of numerous household items and furniture as well as the initial removal and subsequent delivery of the items.
From our first contact with Marcus and his team we were impressed with their professionalism. The initial advice given about how to address our storage needs saved us a lot of money. The long-term storage facility meet our needs exactly and we were given access when we needed to retrieve some items. Also on one occasion when we added to the items in storage, they collected them from us at no charge. A very pleasant team to deal with and I would happily recommend them without hesitation.

Packed up my belongings and stored them in storage facility
Brian was absolutely fantastic! I could not be at my flat at the time of the move, so he face-timed me to go over everything. He continued to communicate with me to make sure he only packed up what was mine throughout the time it took him to complete the job. He also face-timed to show me how he had stored everything in the facility. Brian took extra care not to damage my crystal collection, and everything was packed up and stored neatly, carefully, and efficiently! I'm looking forward to employing Vantastic again when I move into my new flat. Recommending them to all my friends 100%!

Packed and moved house
Guys packed up our house on the first day ready to move us to our new home the following day . They were incredibly helpful and made the whole process as stress free as possible . They were amazing with our 3 year old son and nothing was to much trouble . They are a great team can’t thank Brian and guys enough for everything they did. A1 service highly recommended.
