Full house renovation - including extension
Vata Construction was a revelation during our 1920s terrace renovation. Recommended by a friend, their approach was refreshingly different. Refurbishment of bricked garage out building. Transforming into a dedicated space..
I have used Vata Construction on various home build projects. The last being refurbishing a garage out building. Works done to high standard matching standard previously delivered when they carried out rear extension. Very fair price. Kept their word on all cost related items. Always turned up on time and delivered within original programme completion date. Will always recommend Vata Construction to friends and family who live in South East London.

Downstairs and Upstairs renovation including structural work and fitting kitchen and bathroom
VATA Construction did a fantastic job renovating our house inclduing knicking down walls a chimney breast and installing Steel beams as well as reconfiguring the upstairs including building a new bathroom with tiling plumbing and electrics. Downstairs invlovled fitting a kitchen. Herkuran worked super hard and got everything done at an impressive speed and where costs where added due to discovering issues (to be expceted) he always discussed it with us to help us stay within our budget. He was also a very helpful guy to have around and help us resolve queires with the build.

Knock through of galley kitchen to make a kitchen diner
Delighted with the finish. No request was any trouble. Clean and tidy and always checked we were happy. Brilliant time keeping and always kept us up-to-date with progress. Hekuran and Elson are a great team. Would definitely recommend.

Fitted new guttering, brickwork, painting etc
We would like to thank Hekuran for the excellent job done on the outside of the house after previous builders left it in a really shoddy and dangerous state. He visited almost immediately, gave us a very reasonable quote and was able to start the job straight away. Hekuran and his team turned up when they said they would even on a Sunday, got on with the job, were very polite and tidy and even with extra unforseen work finished the job within the time frame. The quality of work is excellent. Would definitely recommend him and hire him again.
