1st plumber serviced and refit fire, did not check it after fitting. Reported strange flame and black soot on glass a few weeks after starting to use it, left 2 weeks before their 2nd plumber came and condemned the fire - he informed us that the levels from the fire were very high, it was very lucky that we had not died!!! Do not recommend this company.
