  Called Ciprian to look into bathroom window lock as it was not closing. He responded promptly and managed to come on the same day. He replaced the lock handle which fixed the issue.

  Prompt, great work, very reasonably priced.

  Prompt service and very reasonably priced – Andrew went above and beyond to get my locks installed within an hour of my call. He needed to order in a specialist lock for one door, but collected it and came out over the weekend to get it installed asap. He also fixed a broken window locking mechanism and replaced a damaged handle while he was there. I'd thoroughly recommend.

  Had a problem with a door lock and it was sorted out quickly and without any fuss. Turned up on time, was friendly and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The price was fair and as expected. Really happy with the service and would happily recommend.
