David recently replied to my problem which was to find out the reason why our dishwasher indicated that the water discharge motor was blocked. i had very recently cleaned the machine and filter and not found any items that might have caused a blockage. I called the service number and spoke to David and explained the situation. He said he would come and have a look at the problem. He came almost immediatley, pulled the machine out, removed a side panel, released the water impeller motor assembly and food a small piece on a wine glass stopping the impeller from rotating which he removed.

David is clearly an experienced technician who completed a first class job of installing our dishwasher He takes care in his work and has an eye for detail He made a trip before delivery to inspect the plumbing and ensure was suitable for the new appliance I thoroughly recommend his work Thank you David

David was exceptionally quick to attend and carried out the problem very well. He is courteous and helpful. Would certainly recommend him.
