Storage cupboards
Excellent work. A bespoke fitted series of three cupboard all designed to our specifications. Nothing was too much trouble and all was done efficiently and to a high quality look with flexible internal capacity.

2 Cupboard shelves and drawers, under-stairs drawers, shelves in the show cupboard
AVOID. For the money they charge, the work done is not precise, they are FEW mm off on drawers (VERY visible and imprecise), they damaged my ceiling have to repaint it, painting job was ok on drawers but really bad on cupboards, they have to return 5 times (literally) to fix drawers since they were not running smooth, DAMAGED their own work at the end while fixing drawers and left. Railings fixing to plasterboard were terrible - I had to properly fix them when they left otherwise it would have fallen. As people - they are really nice guys, but at least in my house, they have not done well.

We have a high standard of quality with all of our work and after inspecting the drawer runner batch that was used at your property we have decided to change our supplier. It would be greatly appreciated if you could give us a call at your earliest convenience because we do want to make things right and all of our projects has a varranty period. Regarding the ceilings I’m really shocked and puzzled as you haven’t mentioned that before! If I would knew that had happened our painter would have kindly fixed the issue. Double fitted wardrobe
We just had a great wardrobe built across the entire wall of our master bedroom. We were nervous to start with, due to a previous negative experience with a refurbishment company. We should not have feared. Richard showed up at the appointed time and took measurements. He produced a technical drawing that we were allowed to review and refine several times. All our requirements were correctly reflected and the prices were clearly spelled out from the beginning. Also he was very clean, left my bedroom clean and I couldn't even tell that someone was working there. Thank you!

Rich is very precise, punctual, reliable (very rare in my experience for a contractor), the pull out wardrobes look great and they are perfectly fitting the loft space - I am impressed! Very well done, I will totally call him back again!
