Professional, polite and would happily recommend this company to others. After a series of let downs and unrealistic quotes from other companies venn construction restored my faith in companies that can provide top quality service for a reasonable price. Their customer service (Tania in particular) was fantastic. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking got decent and reliable tradesmen.

When James came round to do the quote he was helpful and knowledgeable. Workmen who carried out the job were polite, professional, and incredibly speedy. Tania kept me informed throughout of progress and what to expect next. Would recommend without hesitation.

Good experience with VEN to replace ny whole roof and all gutters. From qoutation to completion, they are always respond in timely manner and work was done nicely. Understood the scaffolding and materials delivery were done by different companies. Communication need to be improved between different working parties to allow better arrangement. Minor comment is some screws and nails left in my backyard and driveway after scaffolding removal, believe they were just left on the scaffolding and hence drop to the ground once scaffolding removed. Took some effort to clean up ourselves.

Firstly they turned up when asked for a quote which is more than most firms contacted. The quote arrived promptly and provided the information required. I had a few questions which were all answered swiftly. I was kept informed of what was happening - the scaffolders had to delay putting the job back a couple of days - so that I wasn't concerned. The workers were polite and efficient and worked quickly to get the job done. Only little issue after they had left we found a few nails lying around which if not spotted could have got in a car tyre. Overall very impressed and would recommend.

From the lady who answered the phone to the workman, I found all the Ven staff to be helpful and courteous. The job was completed on time and to a very high standard. I was very happy with the price and would definitely recommend this company.

Removed and replaced garage roof the workmen were punctual polite and tidy we were very pleased with the price and workmanship. We would highly recommend them .
