Let down!
They had been booked to clear a bush. A date and time agreed. 45 minutes before due time I was advised that due to van troubles they would not come. I do understand these things happen so I responded saying I was sorry to hear this and asking when they thought they could come. No response. Perhaps their mobile was broken too! With a lot of these companies there’s no communication or very slow communication leaving you wondering if they want the job or not. If they don’t want a job why don’t they just say! It’s better to know up front. Next time I’ll rely on recommendations from friends.

Cutting front garden hedge.
Great service. Friendly and polite staff who did a quick, tidy and efficient trim of our garden hedge which was over-growing. Inquired of their services Monday and were able to do it Wednesday same week. Highly recommend and will be using their services again.
