  Balcony Roofing Repair

  Posted 14 September

They are competitive £. John was down to earth and just got on with the job, no fuss.

John was very courteous when I called, he was available to come and look at the job (leaking in corner of flat roof) same day, Saturday, the quote came through quickly, I accepted the quote as it was reasonable, it was a 3 week wait for the work to be carried out, however John had completed a job off site earlier today Monday, so timings were perfect, he arrived lunch time. Work carried out, happy customer.

  Serious, Communicative and Knowledgeable

This was one of two business I contacted by text in relation to a leak from my flat roof. They called straight away and came within a day to provide a free quote for the work. David was very knowledgeable and gave me a couple of options depending on my budget. I opted for a repair of the affected area rather than the application of the rubber sealant to the whole roof. Dealing with David was very smooth and he was communicative throughout the process, answering my questions and quickly fixing a time for him to come to do the work. The work was done to a high standard and at a reasonable price.

  Gutter Repair

Competent, punctual, transparent - highly recommend

Brilliant, competent and funny contractor. Can highly recommend and will use again in the future. After I submitted a request and I immediately got a call by David. He came the next day to look at my gutter issue at the agreed time and quickly found the problem - the gutter was blocked by dead moss. He was so kind to remove the obstruction free of charge and also investigated the surrounding area. He found an issue that down the line could become a serious problem and I asked him to send me a quote for that. He then took the time to explain everything in detail to me.
