Urgent Reactive work
James was immediately free to undertake a few of our urgent call outs. Advised of timescale and issues - no problem to attend and resolve. Will be using James and his company for our future larger works 100% Polite, professional, easy to explain works and jobs undertaken.

To carry out safety certificate and replace electrical board
I can not recommend Vertex enough. James was fantastic. Great communication and time keeping, very polite and professional, clearly very skilled with what he does and even cleared up after himself. If we need any electrical work in the future we will definitely contact Vertex to carry out the work. They even did an extra job for us with no additional charge. Highly recommend
