  Work initially started week previous before completion due to wrong pack of floor packs received from suppliers, which was not a problem - Paul rectified this and very pleased with how this was dealt with. Contact was very good. Very happy with the overall floor until approx 3 weeks later we noticed parts of the floor were becoming unstuck in places.

  Very good overall service. Paul arrived promptly as promised, to show samples; I'd only 'phoned him the day before! No pressure from him at all, he left me to look at samples while he measured up the rooms in the west wing. I made my choice, we agreed on the price and the job was completed within 48 hours. I'm not suggesting he'll be that quick at all times, but he was for me. The carpets are great quality and well laid. Paul and his assistant Michael were polite and professional at all times. Thoroughly recommended.

  Fitted Luxury Vinyl tiles throughout our downstairs. Really impressed with the products used as well as the workmanship. Really friendly and tidy. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!
