I selected Vickery as it was a local company with an excellent background in providing Water Softeners, they had excellent reviews so I had high expectations and they certainly delivered a top class experience from the initial survey where they clearly explained the options and answered my many questions, to the professional installation where they provided a 5 star installation. In summary they provided me with real confidence of their understanding of the technology and the benefits of soft water both on your appliances and your skin and backed it up with a great installation.

This is the second water softener we have had fitted in the last 12 years, both by Vickery Water Softeners. Highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly team. Would recommend them without hesitation and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks again for fitting us in!

I had a water softener and Quooker tap installed on Tuesday. The team worked tirelessly throughout the day in the heat to make sure everything was up and running perfectly. They worked closely with my kitchen fitters to make sure everything could be laid out neatly and properly under the sink. The instant boiling water, chilled and sparkling water in the kitchen is a game‑changer.

Great company from start to finish. Communication from quote was great and any questions answered quickly and easily to understand. Work on the day of fitting was great too, Dan explained everything beforehand and laid protective covers on the floor. All under sink plumbing was redone and much better than before to great a neat and well installed finish. Great work and would highly recommend to anyone.
