Customer care and after sales are exemplary, extending to years after installation. We had our 12 year old water softener replaced with a new model. Very good communication and advice, followed by efficient and tidy work during the actual installation. Highly recommended.

What can I say this company was a pleasure to deal with. From great communication to a high spec install from Dan. It is nice to know that there are still companies that have high standards. Please keep up the good work, dont change.

From the first ten seconds on the phone to Lindsey, I knew I was going going to use Vickery Zero sales pressure. Informative. Listened to what I said and answered usefully. Patient with my email back and forth (hard for me to use the phone because of work) Vickery came in a smidge over the “well known” installer, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, as said other company was very pushy and will try and sell you a care plan that costs £360 in the first three years and is worth nothing! Dan was a brilliant installer; neat, friendly and professional Couldn’t ask for more!

This is the second Water Softener installed by Vickery Water Softeners for us. Both into new build properties 6 years apart. Never had any issue with 1st softener but we couldn't be without one in our new home due to scale. Both installations are excellent, tidied up the new build pipework where appropriate. First one had to be installed and sealed onto the floor due to lack of space. Very tidy job and left clean. Same clean tidy job this time and we upgraded our naff new build tap to a Clearwater with drinking water filter. All excellent value packages, Inc cost of salt we buy from them.
