Excellent - David was prompt very helpful and solved the problem would highly recommend

I was very quickly able to arrange a time for David to come, and he was very efficient - and polite! Would definitely recommend.

Dave responded quickly to a need for my mother in law's new flat. He came when he said he would, talked through options, gave a good quote then came back when he promised and completed the cabling work as requested. Highly recommend.

My aerial signal had weakened over many months and my Freeview connection had disappeared entirely. I suspected water had got into the aerial and was making its way down the cable. David assessed my set-up carefully and explained clearly what was required. The work involved was more complicated than I initially expected but David patiently explained what was required and the cost implications at every stage. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. David is an excellent communicator and he goes about his work with focus and professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

On arrival, a brief assessment of the issue, and a prewarning that I may be seeing things a little simpler than they really would be.....prophetic words indeed! Every step taken was well explained in advance with pro's and con's of possible outcomes thoroughly explained. Costs of any of my decisions also explained. Nothing was too much trouble, there were no surprises from David (just my decrepit network) and an excellent outcome was achieved. David was a clean tidy worker, and I have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

Having had a friend previously install an aerial in the loft to which I was getting very few channels, I hired Dave to put up a new outside aerial and split between two rooms. Right from the start, he was honest about costs, timescales and any problems we might come up against. We found we needed an amp as aerial was being split, and he quoted price before installing. Dave was professional throughout, even though he was having to juggle between my 2 grandchildren, a dog and four tortoises! Would highly recommend Dave, and I have kept his number for future work. 5 star guy.
