Third Party Award
I was recommended Terry and I am so glad I was. Terry was extremely professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Terry explained everything to me in detail after my neighbour wanted a third party award and I was kept informed along the way, despite, me delaying the project a couple of times. The work started on time and we were very happy with the work that Terry produced as was my neighbours.

House survey and Party Wall agreement
Needed party wall agreement and Terry did a survey, got the agreement and my neighbor was happy for me to build. Terry was very helpful and put me at ease. Happy to recommend best surveyor in Kent

Party wall award
