Supposedly repaired my roof but walls were still damp. Made contact and eventually visited property and said they would come back and fix. This hasn’t happened after numerous messages since November 23 I picked this company as they had good reviews but I feel I have just been taken advantage of

Repair to chimney flashing

Original request for repair to chimney flashing (Feb/Mar 23) after several inspections informed it’s the saddle and ridge tile that needed repairing / replacing work was completed . At the beginning of Decmeber I contact village Roofing (Ade) to inform that the leak was back in the same place as before and give them an opportunity to come back to look at the leak. I’ve had to chase several times to which Ade initial replied, this was followed up by me requesting to firm up a date and time to which I’ve still had no response.

Roof repair

Adrian was very pleasant and polite + gave a competitive quote. They patched up the gap causing a leak and also sorted out some other minor issues they spotted up there which was much appreciated. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. It's been 2 months since the job was done and no issues with the roof since. Will certainly use them again.
