    Boiler stopped working

    My boiler stopped working so I rang Jason and luckily he was quite close to me. He arrived within about an hour and had my boiler going again with hot water and heating all up and running again within no time. He was so nice and polite and friendly he knows his job well very fast and reliable and fair on price. I am recommending him to be very honest as I am going to be using his services again for sure. Thank you Jason for the work you have done 5/ 5 .

    Excellent. Jason came fast, diagnosed problem, sourced parts and fixed my boiler for a very fair price where others had said it needed to be replaced. Exemplary service

    Boiler Service

    Jason did an efficient and helpful job. Our boiler had been incorrectly installed and so he was not able to do the job first time. However, he came back and did not charge for the return job. Would highly recommend.

    Hot water not firing up.

    Jason called minutes after receiving the job offer and was courteous on the phone and gave me a time for the work a few hours later.He turned up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem , a faulty thermostat , a problem that an electrician had missed. After the thermostat was installed we finally had hot water again. He was courteous, friendly and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.

    For a rental property: Replace broken kitchen tap and broken thermostatic valve in bathroom shower

    Brilliant service, great communication, honest evaluation and a fair price. Something which is hard to find these days! Invoicing was also efficient and transparent. I had my shower fault initially assessed by a plumber and was told the only fix was a full replacement at £1.4k!! I got a second opinion from Jason at Villa Plumbing who confirmed it was only a broken part which needed replacement. He promptly sourced the part to be replaced for minimal cost. I highly recommend him for any future plumbing work. We have one happy tenant now too!

    No Hot water

    Engineer arrived promptly, correctly diagnosed the fault and the parts required to fix the problem. He retruned the next day with the parts and repaired the fault.
