I had need to use Martin and the Vintage team on a property I am buying…..I needed a damp and drainage survey….It was really simple to book with Vintage and Martin couldn’t have been more helpful. I had lots of questions to which Martin had all the answers. Martin was always polite responsive and informative….The quote was very reasonable and the survey full of the detail and solutions required to put the problems right….I will certainly use Vintage again and can honestly recommend them to anyone in a similar need to get a damp survey..

My appointment was booked for the following Day, On survey day, we received the report with pictures and quotes before the end of the Next working day. Vintage property solutions UK carried out a survey for a Damp problem in our London home was carried out by Martin at the agreed time dare report was comprehensive. We agreed dates for the work to be carried out. Johnny and Dan did the work over 5 days. He was very hard working and highly professional. The plaster finish was superb. A Good operation with a minimum of fuss from start to finish. Highly recommended
