Great explanation from first day upon inspection John carried out a thorough inspection and found the issue within no length of time . Repairs were quoted for and booked in within the week . John and the team provided excellent service and they were very helpful. I appreciate it was a minor repair but I for one will definitely be using vintage again for any future projects or works needed . Thanks again guys

John was knowledgeable and very helpful. He promptly provided a site visit. He explained the issue and how he could help. The quotation was reasonable and there was no pressure from him to go with his company. John was efficient and kept me informed throughout the day of the progress of the works. I was hesitant at first to put down a deposit to a person I had not met but having read the reassuring reviews I needn't have worried. John provided lots of pictures and videos and the work was done to an excellent standard. He also kept the tenant happy whilst carrying out the works.

John came same-day for a free survey, arranged scaffolding up by Sunday morning, then—on his day off—inspected my full roof, chimneys and gutters, fixed the slipped tile, and repaired an inaccessible shower leak.
