Installation of new alarm system
Initially prompt quote and installation. How ever system has broken down within a year and company cannot be contacted in order to remedy this. I have been trying to call them for 2 months and have never gotten through and have never received a call back after leaving multiple messages. I would not recommend this company and would warn others to avoid them.

Servicing an alarm system and fixing a fault.
Tom fixed a fault with my parent's alarm then came and serviced mine. He was professional and thorough. In addition he went out of his way to reassure me when he needed to reschedule due to genuine van trouble and was efficient and came out ASAP with other transport. I'd recommend Tom to anyone who has any issues with their alarm system.

Repair and servicing of alarm system
Tom came to repair and service our alarm. Excellent communication on the works to be done both by email and test. Clear pricing and explanation with very efficient and punctual service. I would strongly recommend Viper Surveillance.

Install New Home Security System
Tom was very knowledgeable and was able to give advice on different security options. Easy to co-ordinate and book in the works. On the day of install worked in a tidy and non-disruptive manner. Explained the system really well and good customer service.

Install security camera
