Roof repair failed within weeks; roofer never returned to fix it.
Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this roofer. I hired him to repair my roof, which had water pooling on it. Within weeks, the repair had failed. I contacted him repeatedly asking him to return and resolve the issue. Almost a year has now passed and he still has not returned to inspect or repair the problem. I also offered to pay additional money for further repairs and discussed having the roof replaced completely, but he stopped responding and told me he had other, larger jobs. I find this level of aftercare completely unacceptable. I have been left dealing with aVerified reviewerJob location: UB1010 Asphalt Roofing Installation
